How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. However, the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately.
Have you sent me the wrong item?
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
Your order number
The name of the item you did not receive
The name of the item you received in its place
A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo
Once we’ve received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
How do I return my order?
As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the returns page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.
What's your return policy?
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the website within 24 hours of the delivery date.
We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return.
What's your refund policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 working days from the day of submission.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:
Billing or shipping address update
Addition or removal of items
Change in color/size of items
Addition or removal of a discount code
Order cancellation request
Shipping method change
How long does the delivery take?
Inside Dhaka city, it will take 24 hours (Before 1 pm). Periphery districts like Savar, Narayanganj, Gazipur will take 3-4 days. And other districts will take 5-7 days to reach products in the customer’s hand.
